“THE STAR”

IT MATTERS – ALWAYS WILL!

“Star of wonder, Star of night,
Star with Royal beauty bright,”
The celestial sky was all aglow as the angels, saints and stars
gathered together to celebrate this special night,
What a sight!
All the Citizenry of Heaven sang in exultation,
The music filled the air with a sweetness not yet known to man
the greatest of  joy – the deepest adoration,
In praise they knelt to honor their new born King, my, oh, my,
Then I noticed a tear falling slowly from our Father’s eye,
I would have felt God’s pain as He sent his Son to earth,
Can you imagine knowing as He did about that journey, beyond that birth?
And how He must have walked each step feeling each pain,
Yet knowing our need and how it would never wane,
He set about to arrange for all that beauty and joy – special for that forever night,
The heavens burst forth with unforgettable songs, love and brilliant light,
He opened His heart for all of us to follow and we open ours as we walk in His way,
Where would we be?   Where would we be, without our faith every day?
So we live under God’s stars and in the arms of that “Baby” and His examples for life – His love,
May the hope, the peace, the promised forgiveness forever
be our blessings from above,
And how I pray that this story will live on ad infinitum and grow, and grow, and grow……
Ignite the spirit – simply look up – find what is ever close, yet far,
Look up, find the Savior, find the joy, find

“THE STAR”

THE FATHER, THE SON, CHRISTMAS and THE WORLD

TO ALL A BLESSED CHRISTMAS
