“EVERY DAY IS A NEW YEAR”

Memories last forever.  Tomorrow cannot be yesterday’s eraser.
Jeanette Dowdell

 A New Year
A new second, new minute, new hour, new day, new week, new month,
Aha! Another New Year
And so life goes on, but with a couple of everlasting burning questions,
Where did the time go?
What have we done with that time?
Ponder that.
Are we happy with the results?
Well now, time to check out the gift we are about to receive,

A New Year,
A new start,
A new beginning,
A breath of fresh air,
Just like the one we received when we were born,
When we stepped into a new world…a world of freedom, free will,
And as we live, the everlasting burning questions remain,
Where did the time go?
What have we done with that time?

Let us be introspective,
Think about time and its companion, change,
Can we change?  Do we want to?  Can we?
It is once again, a New Year, time of a new embarkation,
Think about change and that new journey,
How much has changed, as we thought about change?
Change’s beginning is instantaneous, constant and endless,
Startling, wouldn’t you say?
Your turn!

BLESSING IN THE NEW YEAR!

 ENJOY!
